Job Summary:

Our front desk guest service providers interact with all guests to meet expectations and create repeat customers.

Essential Functions:

·  Greet Guests warmly, assist with guest expectations, needs and questions
·  Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
·  Process inbound telephone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
·  Technical needs include handling reservations, checking guests in/out, billing transactions and handling monies
·  Interact with co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner
·  Act as advocate for other departments (housekeeping, engineering and food & beverage)
·  Follow in-house procedure to help ensure the security of guests and employees. Know hotel emergency procedures.
·  Assist with front office cleanliness, inventory supplies and manage market operations
·  Assist in guest shuttle needs

Skills and Abilities:
