Your key responsibilities include:

·  Welcome and host  our event and conference guests 
·  Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the banquet and event areas 
·  Fulfill individual guest requests during events  
·  Act as the primary contact person for organizers regarding last-minute changes and communicate them to the banquet team 
·  Create menu cards and signage for events  
·  Deliver exceptional service experiences  together with the team

Be able.

·  Eagerness to grow, learn, and be part of a family-like and ambitious team 
·  Calm and confident even in high-pressure situations or with special guest requests 
·  Hospitality mindset is key – whether you're experienced or just starting out 
·  Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
