Qualifications :

Responsibilities include:

·  Provide a warm and friendly welcome for all hotel guest
·  Act as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, hotel representative and public relations agent with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness
·  Establish a high degree of excellence to both internal and external customers
·  Assist in the check-in procedures and maintaining records pertinent to the guests staying in the hotel
·  Follow up the job assignment in proper way and to ensure hotel revenue is properly recorded

Requirements:

·  Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant studies
·  Attentive to details with exceptional customer service skills
·  Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
·  Previous hotel-related working experience is preferable
