You are a host, problem solver and eagle eye all in one! You are someone with a lot of experience in daily hotel operations, have a knack for guests and are attentive in everything you do. You are hands-on during your Manager on Duty duties and nothing escapes you during your daily security rounds. You are creative in delighting our guests every time and work with the Quality Team to implement our standards and achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.
