Job description
Through our expertise and passion for detail, GRST delivers value to our Starwood properties and corporate stakeholders globally by providing a 'one stop shop' support for all rate related inquires.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Troubleshoot availability for rates across all channels
· Audits of contracted and non-contracted rates
· Respond to urgent rate errors reported by CCC Social Media, Saratoga and Assist teams.
· Load selected global/divisional non-contracted rates (retail, discount, packages, promotions, distressed inventory, OTA)
· Load selected contracted rates (Lanyon – GP/SP/TMC)
· Rate loading and maintenance of STARHOT, SPG, StarChoice and selected airline awards
· Unlock and re-lock rate plans
· Maintain Value Add (V-Flag) for contracted rates
· Maintain short info of certain local packages and suite products
· Maintain Customer Facing Name (CFN) and Rate Marketing Field (RMF)
· Maintain Send Sell Sequence tables for all channels with divisional guidance
· Create and maintain IIDs for marketing promotions
· Maintain Floating Table records for contracted accounts
· Troubleshoot GDS booking issues
· Set up 3 rd party promos (piggybacks) & group block/allotments for GDS
· Updating of Daily Inclusion Tables (DIT) upon consultation with divisional RM and On-line Sales
· Create and maintain corporate (GP/SP/SPB/LNR), wholesale, airline, government and TMC accounts in Valhalla via LNR site (NAD/LAD), via Revenue Plan (EAME/AP), including the creation of SET numbers and GDS Rate Access code and Pegasus if needed
· Link or de-link contracted properties on accounts
· Consult with properties on PMS company profile set up to ensure accurate tracking of contracted accounts
· Link or de-link pseudo-city codes (PCC)
· Review Master Account List (MAL)
· GDS Travel Agency Help Desk

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
· College degree or equivalent job experience
· Strong knowledge of Saratoga, (Valhalla, Lanyon, Revenue Plan optional
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications – especially Excel
· Analytical & problem solving skills
· Strong communication, networking and influencing skills
· Meets deadlines
· Able to balance multiple priorities
· Disciplinary and attendance records must be excellent
