JOB TITLE: GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPERT (Butler)
POSITION SUMMARY
At our luxury resort, the role of a Guest Experience Expert goes beyond personalized service; it is about curating an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will provide highly attentive and intuitive service, ensuring that every detail of a guest’s stay is seamless, comfortable, and tailored to their preferences. From personalized welcomes to coordinating exclusive experiences, your role will be instrumental in delivering world-class hospitality.
We seek a professional who understands the fine balance between discretion and attentiveness, someone who anticipates guest needs before they arise and elevates service to an art form. You will serve as the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their requests are met with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional and tailored luxury experience.
· Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions, creating a seamless stay.
· Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests, including dining, housekeeping, and special arrangements.
· Assist guests with dining reservations, excursions, and other resort experiences.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the resort’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
· Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
· Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
· Ensure compliance with all resort policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Butler in a 5-star luxury resort in the Maldives.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality training or certifications are an advantage.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods; lift/carry up to 10 lbs.
