To strengthen our Front Office Team, we are looking for a Guest Experience Expert (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

·  You ensure the optimal preparation of our guests' stay, check them in and are also the most important contact person afterwards.
·  In coordination with housekeeping, you will ensure that the rooms are ready on time.
