The Aris Meeha takes initiative in providing a wide range of personalized services, serving as a single point of contact for assigned guests throughout their stay. You are empowered to anticipate needs, resolve requests, and curate meaningful experiences—whether assisting with in-villa arrangements, coordinating special requests, or sharing insights that enhance the guest’s stay. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliver highly personalized, anticipatory service to assigned guests throughout their stay
· Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison for Chinese-speaking guests , ensuring clear communication and comfort
· Coordinate guest requests across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
· Handle operational needs, guest inquiries, and special arrangements with discretion and professionalism
· Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and follow established procedures
· Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in every guest interaction SUCCESS PROFILE

This role requires being on your feet for extended periods and taking a hands-on approach to service, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential to delivering exceptional service consistently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) with business-level English proficiency
· Experience: Previous Butler, Guest Relations, or similar guest-facing role within a luxury resort or hotel environment
· Strong cultural awareness and a passion for delivering bespoke luxury service
