The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:
Group Sales Executive – pro-active (DACH-market)
We are looking for an energetic Executive to join our pro-active Group Sales Team. With your strategic way of thinking, you operate innovatively on the DACH-market and generate new leads and acquisitions. You plan your sales trips and visit tradeshows to build strong relationships with our customers and create new leads for Vienna‘s largest luxury hotel.
You work with the Director of Sales to create and implement a sales strategy plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment. With your open-minded and outgoing personality, you genuinely care for your clients on property.
As part of the Group Sales-Team, you have the great opportunity to inspire our national and international customers for The Ritz-Carlton with your passion, your enthusiasm and your positive appearance.
Your Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality, especially within the Group & Event Sales
· Fluent in English and German (every other language advantageous)
· A valid work permit for Austria is required
· Outgoing and open-minded personality with resilience in peak times
· High organizational and rhetoric skills
· Sincere care for our clients and their requests
· A friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
· OPERA skills are advantageous
The statutory gross minimum wage is based on wage group 3 in the collective agreement. An overpayment is guaranteed and depends on the qualification profile and professional experience. Sales incentives are provided.
