Qualifications :

The role – Goods Receiver

The role of a Goods Receiver is to receive and ensure that all deliveries to the hotel are properly checked and approved against our quality and standards guidelines. Where appropriate, temperatures, quantities and times will need to be recorded and logged as well as processed on the inventory management system.

Not only does this role require a variety of manual tasks to be performed on a daily basis in the receiving of our deliveries, it also requires the follow up and administrative processing of daily paperwork. Communication is also vital to assist in locating items and managing our inventory for our operational departments such as the kitchen and housekeeping.
