Qualifications :

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

Ø Planning and Organization

·  Maintain a master key board for the safe keeping of all room, studio and apartment
·  Assist the Engineering Department in maintaining all complex equipment in operational condition. Check the preventive maintenance guidelines to keep equipment to a good standard.
·  Ensures that major maintenance is coordinated with the Staff Complex Manager.
·  Regular inspection of the Staff Complex Equipment's.
·  Assist Staff Complex Supervisor and Staff Complex Manager in maintaining equipment's of Managers and entertainer's apartments and villas
·  Checking all bathrooms, toilets, water tanks, sewage tanks, Staff Complex Cafeteria, Hotel Cafeteria, corridors, staff laundry room and outside areas.
·  Checking of the Home Appliance log books maintained at the Security Office
·  Placing work orders for necessary maintenance and repairs.
·  Checking and monitoring sewage tank and sweet water tank.
·  Checking of garbage disposal
·  Carrying out the duties assigned by the Staff Complex Manager.

To move into this position you should have

· Minimum three year of experience as Plumber.

·  Basic knowledge of hotel, its services and facilities.
·  Good command of the English language speaking, reading and writing.
·  Highly customer focused, Outgoing, friendly, warm personality.
·  High school or equivalent education required. Technical qualification is an added advantage.
·  Minimum 2 years experience in Bell Service preferred.
·  Partially outdoor duty and fit to work 3 shifts (morning, Split).
·  Multiple language ability, an advantage.
