General Manager Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa JOB SUMMARY
Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa is seeking an internationally experienced and strategically minded General Manager to lead one of Spain’s most distinctive luxury coastal resorts.
Set within a restored historic beachfront property on the Costa Dorada, the hotel blends heritage, wellness, gastronomy and contemporary lifestyle experiences. This role requires a seasoned hospitality leader capable of balancing elevated guest experience, operational excellence, commercial performance and owner engagement within a highly visible luxury environment.
We are seeking a General Manager with strong international exposure across luxury or premium hospitality markets, ideally gained through leadership assignments beyond a single domestic market. The successful candidate will bring a hands-on operational foundation, sophisticated leadership style and the ability to inspire high-performing teams within a culturally diverse environment.
Spanish language capability is highly advantageous, alongside the global mindset and adaptability required to lead an internationally positioned resort destination.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
· Significant senior leadership experience within luxury or premium hospitality environments.
· Previous General Manager experience within internationally recognised hotel brands.
· Demonstrated international career exposure across multiple markets and guest demographics.
· Strong operational background across Rooms, Food & Beverage and resort operations preferred.
· Experience leading owner relationships, asset performance and complex stakeholder environments.
· Spanish language skills preferred.
· Proven ability to lead culturally diverse teams and drive employee engagement within luxury service environments. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Leading Hotel Operations

· Ensures strong execution across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Wellness, Events and resort experiences. Driving Commercial & Financial Performance
· Delivers revenue growth, profitability and market positioning through strategic business leadership.
· Partners closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management teams to maximise performance across all segments.
· Maintains strong financial discipline while identifying opportunities for innovation and long-term value creation.
· Understands the dynamics of international leisure, luxury and resort markets. Talent & Culture Leadership
· Builds and develops a high-performing leadership team through coaching, succession planning and active talent development.
