What You’ll Own & Drive:

·  Oversee all hotel operations with passion and precision — Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Sale
·  Set ambitious business plans and lead your team to exceed them
·  Champion revenue strategies and creative marketing initiatives
·  Build local partnerships to strengthen our community presence
·  Mentor and develop a high-performing team that loves what they doCultivate a culture of recognition, accountability, and guest-first servic

About You:

·  3+ years as a Hotel General Manager (Marriott brand experience a big plus! 
·  Confident leading teams, shaping strategy, and inspiring performance
·  Service-focused and driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences 
·  Excellent communicator and relationship builder
·  Organized, proactive, and results-focused 
·  Prefer being on the floor, connecting with your team and guests — not just behind a desk
