In a nutshell

We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer with a passion for connecting systems, automating data flows, and creating functional user interfaces that make data accessible and reliable. 

In this role, you’ll begin by maintaining and enhancing our existing low-code applications built on Caspio, ensuring smooth data workflows and reliable synchronization with our BI systems.  Over time, you’ll lead the migration toward a custom Azure-based architecture, building robust integrations, APIs, and automation scripts to connect data across tools. 

 The ideal candidate can comfortably work in a low-code environment at the start and is motivated to build and maintain integrations, automation scripts, and dashboards that make data accessible across the organization. 

This is a highly independent technical role where you’ll work and report directly to the Head of BI, taking full ownership of our integrations, data flows, and technical setup end-to-end. 

Your responsibilities

In the short term:  

·  Maintain and enhance our existing Caspio applications and workflows. 
·  Create, modify, and optimize workflows, data models, and automations within Caspio. 
·  Establish automated data flows between Caspio, BI systems, and internal databases 
·  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure reliability for business users. 

In the long term:  

·  Plan, design implement the migration from Caspio to an Azure- and MS SQL–based solution. 
·  Design, build, and deploy data models, APIs, and automation pipelines to connect systems and dashboards. 
·  Develop tests, and maintain API connectors and scripts to exchange data across internal tools. 
·  Build and maintain a modern, interactive dashboards and user interfaces within our Membership Services Portal (e.g., using modern front-end technologies) 
·  Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability by implementing best practices. 
·  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

Your Profile:  

·  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 
·  3-5 years of experience as a software or integration engineer with skills in the Microsoft stack. 
·  Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (schema design, optimization, stored procedures, etc.). Familiarity with MS SQL Server/ Azure SQL database is a plus. 
·  Backend development experience with C#/ .NET Core/ .NET framework, or similar. 
·  Hands-on experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation (Azure Functions, Power Automate, or scripting) 
·  Experience connecting systems and automating workflows rather than developing standalone products 
·  Experience building or embedding dashboards or data visualizations. 
·  Comfortable working independently as the only technical expert in the team.

Nice to have:  

·  Familiarity with Caspio or other low-code platforms. 
·  Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its services (App Services, Storage, Key Vault, etc.). 
·  Understanding of BI, data modeling, or reporting frameworks. 

Soft Skills:  

·  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
·  Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders 
·  Proactive in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and improving workflows. 
·  Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 
·  Comfortable taking ownership in an environment without a dedicated tech team
