POSITION SUMMARY

Join Our Team as a Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying guest identity, processing payments, assigning rooms, and issuing keys
·  Ensure guest accounts are set up accurately and Marriott Rewards information is entered correctly
·  Review daily reports, balance receipts, and complete cashier and closing procedures
·  Respond to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and professional service
·  Train, mentor, and support front desk team members, promoting a positive work environment
·  Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines
·  Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information while safeguarding company assets

Preferred Qualifications:

·  High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
·  At least 1 year of related front desk experience
·  Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
·  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
·  Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
