Front Office Receptionist- Peterborough Marriott Hotel

We are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Front Office Host to join our Front Office team.

Front Office Host - Role

As our new Front Office Host, you will be responsible for:

·  Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
·  Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
·  Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
·  Cash and Key security and control
