We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Experience Experts wanting to assist in ensuring all our guests have a wonderful stay at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

As the Guest Experience Experts you will…

·  Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. 
·  Confidently all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. 
·  Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. 
·  Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
·  Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
·  Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
·  Embrace the Marriott culture

A successful Guest Experience Experts is someone who…

·  Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
·  Strong Communication skills & interpersonal skills
·  Excellent level of spoken and written English
·  Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. 
·  Able to work independently and within a team
·  Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
·  Flexible approach to working hours including evening, weekends & bank holidays
