Front of House Supervisor

 

As a Front of House Supervisor, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests.

You are the first point of contact for our guests: From the warm welcome to the uncomplicated check-in to the warm farewell, you are there for our guests during their stay.

 

Your tasks:

·  All work with the OPERA hotel system
·  Acceptance of telephone calls and any correspondence with guests
·  Cash activities including currency exchange
·  Ensuring smooth workflows throughout the front desk area
·  Check-in and check-out by our guests
·  Shift management in the early and late shift in the absence of the manager
·  Organization of departmental meetings
·  Carrying out trainings
·  Compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards
