Front of House Agent

 

As a Front of House Agent, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests.

You are the first point of contact for our guests: From the warm welcome to the uncomplicated check-in to the warm farewell, you are there for our guests during their stay.

 

Your tasks:

·  Responsibility for the smooth arrival and departure of our guests and their luggage handling, as well as the comprehensive guarantee of guest satisfaction
·  Giving information about the hotel
·  Receipts of couriers and handling of transport
·  Responsibility for the correct Parking of the guest cars and management of the vehicle keys
·  Attention to the cleanliness of the entrance area and the lobby
·  Collaboration with our event department to provide the guests with information and to guide them in the right direction
