Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Verkehrsburo Hotellerie GmbH. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively, “Marriott”). The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, termination, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. • A warm and welcoming reception of our guests upon arrival to ensure they feel at home from the very first moment
• Professional check-in and check-out using our hotel software "OPERA"
• Proactive support and advice for our international guests
• Acting as the first point of contact for guest feedback
• Contributing your own fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience
• Accurate processing of invoices and performing shift and daily closings
• Handling guest correspondence via phone and email
• Ensuring the implementation of internal quality standards
• Carrying out various administrative and organizational tasks as part of daily operations
• Completed education in hotel management or tourism
• Ideally, previous experience at the front office in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with the hotel software OPERA is an advantage
• Enjoy working with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong communication skills with a warm and positive attitude
• Team player with a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus

SALARY
For the position of Receptionist (m/f/d), the collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross salary of € 2,026 per month. However, we are happy to offer a higher salary based on your experience and qualifications, and we provide attractive opportunities for salary development based on your performance.
