Description: Courtyard by Marriott Coral Springs is looking for accounting & administrative support. The candidate will be expected to manage all company information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality, as they will be dealing with employee and executive files. The candidate will be responsible of maintaining our accounting functions as well as assisting with office administration.

Responsibilities (Not Limited to):

·  Report and complete daily tasks given by Management
·  Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
·  Manage reports
·  Maintain and update company information when necessary and share with team members

Qualifications and Skills:

·  Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and functions
·  Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills
·  Ability to administer specific applications/time bound processes to meet all deadlines
·  Ability to learn quickly and become proficient. Work effectively in a team environment and be proactive and self-motivated
·  Ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
·  Critical thinking and problem resolution skills
·  Knowledge of FOSSE and MARSHA a plus
