Job Description

·  Greet, register and assign rooms for our guests
·  Provide information requested by our guests
·  Monitor, update and maintain room availability via the Property Management System
·  Provide a positive guest experience
·  Check guests in/out
Job Requirement

·  Excellent and outgoing personality.
·  Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
·  Must be reliable and dependable
·  Must have excellent customer service skills
·  Ability to multi-task
·  Ability to problem solve
·  Understanding of basic accounting skills
