The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. Job Description :

The position of General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, recruiting, training, brand standards and property upkeep.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 3 years similar experience preferred, minimum 1 year Marriott experience required.
