Job Description

The Ambassador Hotel is Wichita's premiere hotel experience. We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk, night audit, bellman, and valet teams. Our FOM will be responsible for overseeing the front of house staff, and training; in addition to providing professional, timely, and accurate service to our loyal base of clientele. The Ambassador Hotel is the only AAA 4-Diamond luxury hotel in the state of Kansas, and is a distinguished member of the Autograph Collection. This collection is a part of Marriott, as a group of independent hotels.

You should possess upscale hotel experience, be creative, understand labor costs / service consistency / and luxury hotel standards. The candidate must know how to work well with a diverse team. Applicants should have the flexibility / ability to work either days or evenings - and weekends as well. Many opportunities for advancement.
