Job Description

Our busy Courtyard Downtown, in the heart of the sports and entertainment district, is seeking experienced Assistant General Manager candidates for this career opportunity. Must have minimum 2 years proven experience in a hotel management/supervisory role, and possess a 4-year degree, preferably in hospitality or hotel management. The AGM is responsible for assisting in the overall success of the property, and helps oversee sales and growth, guest service, staff management, P&L results, and food service. Ensures that brand standards are met or exceeded. Must be committed to providing superior guest service! Must have proven record of developing and leading a successful team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
