Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Angel Stradom Hotel SP. Z. O. O. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The Beverage & Food Manager functions as the strategic business leader of Stradom House Food & Beverage operation including multi Restaurants/Bars &, In-Room Dining, Banquets, where applicable. This position oversees the development and implementation of departmental the brand service strategy, ensuring the Food & Beverage, Kitchen operations exceed target customer needs, talent satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenue and maximizing the financial performance of the departments.

Hands on style manager, good motivator & leader,  good training skills, 5 star or high recognized establishment experience, self well organised, experience in Beverage/bars, act as an ambassador, high communication skills English & polish, creative, team player, great attention to details. Good capacity to develop the financial aspect of the department.
