Overview:

As a Food and Beverage Operations Intern at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the food and beverage operations within our esteemed luxury division under Marriott International. Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Assist in the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including but not limited to restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service.
·  Work alongside the culinary and service teams to ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
·  Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously.
·  Support the planning and execution of events, including weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
·  Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge hospitality industry trends.
·  Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing the guest experience and operational efficiency.
·  Adhere to Marriott Group's policies, procedures, and values, including those related to teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.

 

Qualifications:
