Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SARV Management Pty Ltd. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
A Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including budget management, team leadership, customer service, menu design, and compliance with health and safety regulations
1. French Speaking
2. Must have held a similar role before in a busy hotel
3. People management skills
Salary is Net: 2250 – 2500 Dollars per month
