Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Krish Investments. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

BREAKFAST:
TownePlace Suites by Marriott is looking to hire PT/FT Breakfast Attendants with great customer service experience in hospitality or a restaurant environment. The Breakfast Attendant position contributes to the overall success of the Food & Beverage Department. You are responsible for delivering hospitality and a great coffee experience to our guests with genuine and personable conversation. This position is critical to our guest’s overall experience as you must ensure the environment is clean, in order, and stocked for our guests. Must be able to start work at 5:45AM. Typical schedule: 5:45AM or 6AM (Sat/Sun) – 12pm

FRONT DESK:
Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes
Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests
Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff
Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely
Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department
Communicate any emergency, lost item or theft to proper security staff and/or authorities
Keep contingency lists in case of emergency and communicate any necessary messages
