This is a temporary position.
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Program Manager / Business Analyst to lead the establishment of Application Lifecycle Management practices within the ServiceNow platform at Marriott. The candidate will serve as the program lead, working across the IT organization to define and implement Application Lifecycle Management practices. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in program management, business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.
The candidate will operate as a program lead that will focus on the establishment of a stakeholder working group to define Application Lifecycle Management practices and processes as well as to integrate current process for Marriott IT. This is a pivotal role aimed at transforming our current processes through the use of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management/Enterprise Architecture solutions.
The candidate will report to the Director of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) team. and collaborate directly with the ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM teams, Enterprise Architecture Governance, and Global Information Security.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Program Manager / Business Analyst leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with a proven track record in requirements development and project management.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
· Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with ServiceNow; knowledge of Application Portfolio Management / Enterprise Architect Model is a plus.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Security Compliance: Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements related to network device management.
· Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action.
· Agile Methodology: 3 years of experience working in an agile environment using Agile methodology to capture prioritization for business processes, systems, and procedures.
· Certifications: ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Foundation and/or Program/Project Management Certifications a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
· Business Process Development: Analyze and improve business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Program Management: Oversee the development and management of Application Lifecycle Management practices.
· Requirement Development: Define and translate business process needs into technical requirements that align with best practices and support our strategic initiatives
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key functional stakeholders to document requirements into user stories.
· Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training to ensure successful adoption of new processes
The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $78.32 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only : Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
