This is a temporary position.
As the Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Recruiting Coordinators who support Hourly Talent Acquisition work. This Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating with both corporate and property teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing team performance.
Assist in carrying out the daily activities of the Talent Acquisition function related to recruitment including facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, such as job postings, leading screening and interviewing logistics, tracking candidate progress in our recruiting systems, managing the pre-hire check process of candidates, and triaging and resolving issues.
Engage as a leader on the team managing daily operational deadline, providing coaching, training and development. Assist in ensuring all TA processes are completed, accurately and timely; as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
The Recruiting Manager will have 3 areas of focus: program management, team development and support, and leading project work.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Recruiting Program Management:
· Daily Management of requisitions across the team.
· Handling and managing questions, escalations, and coaching as appropriate.
· Seek feedback on work and adjust accordingly, with an eye toward continuous improvement
· Communicate with all parties involved with a service orientation in a way consistent with company culture and brand. Establish strong working relationships with TA partners.
· Conduct monthly market calls to engage with leaders on property.
· Assist or prepare correspondence and training as requested
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Team Leadership & Support:
· Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Hold biweekly 1x1s with each of your direct reports, building strong relationships with each member of the team.
· Set clear expectations and goals for team members. Ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
· Motivate the team to achieve high levels of productivity. Provide timely and direct feedback and coach to performance metrics and behaviors.
· Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels
· Ensures employees are trained to support successful daily operations. Conduct regular team meetings. Recognize and reward outstanding performance.
Project Management:
· Own and lead a collection of special projects and contribute to broader team goals.
· Regularly and effectively lead team meetings.
· Data acumen – using data to support and inform decisions
Skills
· Working understanding of talent acquisition/human resource principles, practices, and procedures
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to lead effective meetings and project work.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
OR
· 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
The pay range for this position is $30.86 to $47.79 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only : Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
