This is a temporary position. 

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Analyst - FLEX supports the day-to-day activities of the MDS Consultation team, working closely with the MDS Media Consultants to manage the enrollment and client request workflows. This position will be responsible for completing assigned projects including but not limited to generating media proposals and forecasts, managing client enrollments, creating monthly performance reviews, and supporting the team on other projects/tasks as needed. The Digital Analyst is also tasked with managing a small portfolio of clients that a part of specialized, turnkey campaigns. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office. 

Marriott’s Digital Services (MDS) team provides digital solutions for all Marriott brand hotels, globally. This centralized in-house team provides individual hotels with a range of digital services, and functions as an agency-like model within the Global Digital Services organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience 

·  BS/BA preferred or associate's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, ecommerce, advertising, or related field 
·  Experience supporting workflows, and project follow-through.
·  A desire to think strategically, proactively, and creatively, focusing on innovative and measurable solutions.
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, impeccable organization, and unsurpassed attention to detail.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Points, etc).

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

Managing Work, Projects, and Policies 

·  Completes assigned tasks within the designated timeframe to ensure SLAs are met.
·  Communicates with manager to ensure alignment on priorities and assigned tasks.
·  Uses systems and tools to manage workflow and complete tasks.
·  Creates media proposals, presentation decks, and other client-facing materials that are complete and accurate.
·  Reviews and analyzes results to complete assigned monthly performance reviews.
·  Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner.
·  Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Supporting Operations & Client Engagement

·  Works with the team to execute sustainable work processes that supports the overall Operations team.
·  Employs the project request system and other resources in place to track tactical work for Digital Services programs.
·  Utilizes internal Marriott reporting and content management systems, as well as outside vendor dashboards and tools.
·  Establishes and maintains documentation to track progress and completion for applicable digital tactics.
·  Assists in creating training guidelines and documentation (as needed) to continually improve paid media tactic quality and effectiveness.
·  Attends and participates in all relevant meetings.

Additional Responsibilities 

·  Maintains positive working relations with internal partner teams, vendors, internal Client Service and Operations teams.
·  Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner.
·  Complies and keeps paid media guideline documentation and standards up to date, to ensure quality, consistency and adherence to Marriott’s global digital media strategy.
·  Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager.

Measurement and Analytics

·  Analyzes campaign performance; provides tactical recommendations for increased performance.
·  Assists in identifying advertising channels that are most effective at driving visits, conversions, efficiencies, and scale across MDS media services. 
·  Measures the success of time-sensitive content using appropriate key performance indicator (KPI) classifications – impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, etc.
·  Reviews and analyzes results from current program offerings & suggests changes and enhancements to help increase client engagement.

The pay range for this position is $25.67 to $33.17 per hour.
