JOB SUMMARY
To perform all the secretarial needs for the accounting department under the direct supervision of the Complex Financial Accountant. Also helping the accounting employees with prior authorization from Complex Director of Finance.

Main Responsibilities
· Responsible for correspondence, filing and written work.
· Keeping inventory of office supplies
· Cashier witness duty when requested.
· Month inventory witness sheet.
· Taking care of office equipment including supply and maintenance.
· General typing requirements.
· Postage and records for postage of other departments and preparation of a monthly statement per department.
· Keep all information confidential and in order.
· Maintain a trace file.
· Route all incoming and outgoing mail.
· Perform other duties as directed by the account supervisor.
· Participate in the quality improvement process.
· Maintain a close relationship with other department heads.
· Keep in close contact with the personnel department
· Undertake finance functions independently upon completion of assigned trainings so as to replace FTEs temporarily such as annual vacation etc… TRAINING

Including: Orientation, Passport to Success, Telephone etiquette, Problem Free Stay, Grooming, 100% Leaders
