The ideal F&B supervisor will lead our Ladies and Gentlemen during dinner service at our award-winning restaurant Atria and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This dynamic and rewarding role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to multitasking. 

Please note that this role requires work rights in Australia to be considered.

Position Summary: 

·  Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and supervise the restaurant service period (PM - Dinner Operation) tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations 
·  Create unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete gastronomical experience
·  Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen
·  Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience  
·  Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
·  Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks 
·  Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
·  Plan and execute team-building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets 

About You: 

·  An up-to-date RSA 
·  Nighttime availability (5pm-12am) 
·  Relevant experience in a supervisory role 
·  Working rights in Australia 
·  Enthusiastic to escalate your career 
·  Story-telling abilities 
·  Self-motivated, driven and energised in a fast-paced environment 
·  Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
