Job Descriptions:
· Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
· Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
· Gather materials and assemble information packages
· Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
· Assist the management team to develop, implement and execute the revenue, revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service
· Develop, coordinate and implement social media initiatives as well as beverage promotional programs
· Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process
· Answer guest questions about property facilities.
Requirements:
· Min 2-3 years as Sales Coordinator or 1-2 years as Sales Executive ( with group or room sales with catering knowledge in a reputable or larger hotel)
· Established strong contact with corporate or travel clients
· Strong sales and negotiation skill
· Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering is a plus
