About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional F&B Manager to lead the hotel’s renowned dining and beverage experience. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing all restaurant, bar, and in‑room dining operations, ensuring that every moment of the guest journey reflects our commitment to authenticity and excellence.

The successful leader will elevate service rituals, drive commercial performance, and champion a culture where teams feel inspired, empowered, and deeply connected to the craft of luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities
·  Provide strategic leadership across all F&B operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
·  Drive financial performance through effective cost management, revenue strategy, and strong understanding of departmental budgets.
·  Champion The Luxury Collection’s brand standards, ensuring every venue reflects a sense of place and cultural authenticity.
·  Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team, fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence.
·  Maintain strong visibility on the floor, engaging with guests and anticipating service needs with intuition and confidence.
·  Build productive relationships with owners, local partners, and internal stakeholders, aligning objectives and enhancing business performance.
·  Oversee operational planning, quality assurance, and compliance with all regulatory and food safety requirements.
·  Innovate and refine service concepts, contributing to menu development and overall F&B strategy. The Ideal Candidate

You will be an inspiring, hands‑on leader with a refined approach to luxury hospitality. With substantial experience in high‑end or complex hotel operations—ideally within Spain—you bring a deep passion for gastronomy, guest experience, and cultural storytelling. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing creativity with commercial insight, and are adept at building high‑performing teams rooted in mutual respect and empowerment. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English are essential.
