EN: Position Summary

This six-month structured program provides learning opportunities within the Food & Beverage discipline across Restaurants & Bars, Culinary, F&B Design & Development, and Meetings + Events. The internship offers a comprehensive overview of above-property F&B operations, exposure to strategic projects, and collaboration with multiple departments.

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with an excellent approach to service and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is required. Hotel operational experience in Food & Beverage is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

·  Support roll-out and implementation of F&B-related continent initiatives
·  Assist with data consolidation and operational analysis for Restaurants & Bars, Culinary and Design & Development, Meetings + Events projects
·  Create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations for F&B initiatives
·  Contribute to project work that enhances the guest dining experience
·  Assist with development of standard templates, tools, and resources for F&B projects
·  Liaise with properties to collect information and ensure timely project progress
·  Provide day-to-day support to the F&B discipline and properties

·  High school diploma required; degree education preferred
·  Interest in pursuing a career in Hospitality or Food & Beverage
·  Professional presentation and grooming
·  Ability to attend virtual and in-person meetings as required
·  Ability to travel if necessary
·  Performs any additional reasonable duties as assigned

Hauptaufgaben

·  Unterstützung beim Roll-out und der Umsetzung von F&B-Initiativen in EMEA
·  Unterstützung bei Datenkonsolidierung und operativen Analysen für Restaurants & Bars, Culinary, Design & Development sowie Meetings + Events Projekte
·  Erstellung klarer und überzeugender PowerPoint-Präsentationen für F&B-Initiativen
·  Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Verbesserung des Gästeerlebnisses im Bereich Gastronomie
·  Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Standardvorlagen, Tools und Ressourcen für F&B-Projekte
·  Abstimmung mit Hotels zur Informationssammlung und Sicherstellung eines termingerechten Projektfortschritts
·  Unterstützung des F&B-Teams im Tagesgeschäft

·  Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und projektorientierte Arbeitsweise
·  Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
·  Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
·  Fähigkeit, vertrauliche Informationen diskret zu behandeln
