MEETINGS & EVENTS

Your tasks:

·  Taking and processing restaurant reservations via phone and email
·  Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests in our F&B outlets
·  Placement of guests and presentation of our menu
·  Accepting and processing special guest requests
·  Preparing the table plan
·  Guest relations and handling of guest complaints
·  Active participation in service and sales
·  Responsibility for the professional preparation of the service stations

 

Your Competencies:

·  Absolute service orientation 
·  High operational readiness and resilience 
·  A friendly, well-kept and professional appearance
·  very reliable knowledge of German and English, any additional language advantageous
