The Opportunity 

We’re looking for vibrant and committed hospitality professionals to join our Signature Restaurant team!   Our knowledgeable  Food & Beverage & Event Service Expert (Casual) will strive to ensure that guests of Peppina, Hobart will experience a truly immersive and personalised customer experience.  You will deliver a level of service that is warm, welcoming and memorable from beginning to end. You have a level of skill that balances elegance with effortless charm. 

About You

·  Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
·  Strong section skills and the ability to handle a busy, high-volume environment
·  Great communication and teamwork
·  A love for food, wine, and storytelling — especially around provenance and produce
·  A desire to be part of a large, vibrant team with a strong culture
·  Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
·  Valid DofoodSafely Certificate
·  Full working rights in Australia
·  Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
