- You look after up to 150 guests daily in our M Club Lounge
- You care about the well-being of our guests
- You ensure a smooth service process
- You lead Smalltak and give recommendation

You can handle hectic situations at peak times, keep a cool head and the overview of the M Club Lounge. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility with attention to detail as well as your independence.
