Who we are looking for...

With your sense of cleanliness and order, nothing escapes you! You are responsible for hygiene and cleanliness in the entire hotel and as an experienced manager you know exactly how to implement this perfectly with your team every time. The absolute guest satisfaction is your goal and with the help of contractors and own staff you create new standards of efficiency and cleanliness.

What your responsibilities are...

·  You are responsible for maintaining the service and cleanliness standards of all rooms as well as the public areas.
·  You have overall responsibility for the professional planning, scheduling and operational processes of the cleaning staff
·  You are responsible for the final inspection and release of the cleaned rooms
·  You process invoices and delivery bills for your department and work closely with the accounting department in this area
·  You have your figures under control - whether contractor costs, cleaning agent costs or personnel costs - you always keep an overview here
·  You are the contact person for external and contract companies, negotiate conditions if necessary and ensure that brand standards are adhered to.
·  You are responsible for the inventory and control of the cleaning agents as well as their correct stock-keeping.
·  You facilitate clear and professional communication within your teams and with other departments such as engineering, front office, etc....
·  You are interested in guest satisfaction and always find new ways to improve it 
·  You are responsible for the administrative and operational management of the HSK team
·  You are responsible for the further development of your team and the trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
·  You are responsible for recruiting new team members, in collaboration with the Director of Rooms & HR
·  You provide new team members with a professional induction and a motivating working atmosphere
·  You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

·  You have at least 2 years of relevant management experience in Housekeeping in the upscale hotel industry
·  You have a fantastic appearance, are charming and convince with your professionalism
·  You are an experienced leader who is empathetic to your team
·  You are a communication talent 
·  Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
·  Your willingness to perform inspires your team to peak performance and as a true team player you professionally support the Leadership Team with your expertise in word and deed
·  Your enthusiasm to share your knowledge with your team and trainees is contagious!
·  You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
