POSITION SUMMARY

Pier One Sydney Harbour is on the hunt for a Events Executive (Maternity Leave) who brings the energy , the eye , and the passion for unforgettable moments.

Key responsibilities 

·  Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees and ensuring accuracy. 
·  Uses own Judgement to integrate current trends in event/weeding management and event/wedding design.
·  Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees. 
·  Uses personal judgment and expertise to enhance the customer experience 
·  Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events 

About You:   

·  You've done the events thing before and loved it. 
·  You're obsessed with curating events. 
·  You’ve got the right to work in Australia. 
·  You’re career-hungry, proactive, and full of ideas. 
·  You keep your cool when it gets busy and bring that “let’s make it happen” mindset.
