About the Role

Use your customer service skills to provide guests and clients with a personalized and memorable experience.

Duties

·  Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, other departments and the customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of events.
·  Ensures events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. 
·  Knowledge of food and beverage programs; ability to tailor them to fit client’s needs.
·  Maintain high standards of service and deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the guests and employees.

Skills & Experience

·  Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
·  I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth) 
·  Experience working in events role required.
·  Unrestricted working rights for Australia
