Job description

·  Antecipar as preferências dos hóspedes e surpreendê-los com toques personalizados.
·  Gerir os pedidos de amenities e envoi das mesmas.
·  Criar momentos exclusivos que elevam a estadia, como notas personalizadas, presentes especiais ou surpresas inesperadas.
·  Escrever notas de boas vindas para o hospedes.

 

Pré-Requisitos

·  Cursando graduação em hotelaria, turismo, ou áreas correlatadas
·  Boa comunicação e organização;
·  Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;
·  Desejável Inglês
·  Escala 5 x 2, disponibilidade para estágio entre 11h00 e 19h00.
