Requisitos

·  Cursando graduação em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
·  Boa comunicação e organização;
·  Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;
·  Interesse pela área de Recursos Humanos e Desenvolvimento Organizacional.
·  Desejável Inglês avançado

 

Principais atividades:

 

·  Apoio no processo de recrutamento e seleção (triagem de currículos, contato com candidatos, organização de entrevistas);
·  Auxílio na organização de treinamentos e eventos internos;
·  Suporte na elaboração e atualização de relatórios e indicadores da área;
·  Atendimento e suporte aos talentos em dúvidas relacionadas a RH.
