We are looking for you to join us immediately as a Maintenance Technician – Painter (m/f/d) in full-time at the Munich Marriott Hotel, which features 348 rooms, a wellness area, versatile event spaces, and much more.

Here’s what to expect:

·  Repairs and maintenance of technical installations and systems
·  Painting work throughout the hotel
·  Supervision of repairs by external companies
·  Management of ventilation, heating, and pumping systems
·  Maintenance of building technology
·  Compliance with and implementation of employee safety and occupational health standards
·  Close, trustful collaboration with all departments in the hotel

Here’s what we expect from you:

·  Completed training as a technician, preferably as a painter and decorator
·  Knowledge in plumbing or electrical fields is desirable
·  Independence and structured working style
·  High quality awareness
·  Strong team spirit
·  Guest-oriented approach
·  Good German skills, with English skills being an advantage
·  Good IT skills
