The London EDITION is looking for its next Employee Experience & Payroll Officer (Maternity Cover/Fix Term)!

We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Employee Experience & Payroll Officer to join the Human Resources team at The London EDITION hotel.

As an Employee Experience & Payroll Officer (Maternity Cover) you will:

·  Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely provision of the monthly payroll.
·  Entering new employee data into the company system.
·  Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files. 
·  Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
·  Comply with HR audit.
·  Assist management with processing and supporting new hires using the correct tools and systems.
·  Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
