  JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the Partner Management and New Business Products team, the Director, Partner Management & New Business Products will lead and manage the development and execution of technology roadmaps for Marriott’s partnerships, in support of multiple Partner types and categories, working with multiple teams in the prioritization for and delivery of continuous business value. The Director will bridge technical and business teams to drive the design, development and implementation of technology solutions from conception to launch and the enabling of these technology solutions in a standard and repeatable manner through the Commerce Partner Portal.  The Director will work closely with key stakeholders to fully understand the desired business outcomes, the implications of certain decisions and trade-offs needed in terms of complexity, depth and timelines as well as contractual obligations Marriott has with partners. 

 

The Director is a Partner Management and New Business Products evangelist and subject matter expert and serves as the “go to leader” for timely updates to internal and, where applicable, external customers.
