Director of Sales - Middle East

POSITION SUMMARY

What You’ll Do:

·   Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the sales leadership team
·  Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
·  Drive revenue growth through personal booking goals and team sales performance
·  Participate in sales calls and meetings to secure new business opportunities
·  Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize business strategies
·  Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Marriott’s brand standards
·  Represent the property at key industry events, trade shows, and sales missions

What We’re Looking For:

Location:  This role is  based in Dubai, UAE

Education & Experience:

·  2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field + 3 years of relevant experience  OR
·  4-year bachelor’s degree in a related field + 1 year of experience in sales & marketing

  Skills & Competencies:

·  Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
·  Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field
·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
·  Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic plans
·  Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellence
