ABOUT THE POSITION

The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in luxury brands in a Director of Revenue position and is fluent in French and English.  Ideally the candidate has prior experience in leading a hotel opening or major renovation/conversion.   You will be responsible for balancing the financial objectives of different lodging products to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms. You are accountable for pricing, positioning and inventory of all hotels within area of purview. You develop and recommend sales strategy for pricing of the transient customer, wholesale, and group segments. You also identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategy and pricing to all key stakeholders. You will maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners.
